One of my favorite parts of my job is giving talks and workshops! I love having the opportunity to share my passion and knowledge for health and wellness with multiple people at the same time and playing off of the positive energy that comes from a group setting.
My main goal is to inspire audience members to reclaim their health in a way that is sustainable, natural, and fun. Together, we will discover WHY you may have "bad" habits in the first place, WHAT is keeping you stuck, and HOW to get unstuck…for real this time.
Most importantly, my talks are interactive, fun, and will serve as a nice break for anyone that attends.
